Our commercial division is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable Commercial Truck Tire Technician who can handle in‑shop work and perform road calls when needed. Position Summary The Commercial Truck Tire Technician is responsible for mounting, repairing, and servicing commercial truck tires and OTR tires both in the shop and in the field. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, safe work habits, and the ability to deliver professional service to fleet and roadside customers. Key Responsibilities Perform commercial truck tire service: mount/dismount, repairs, replacements, balancing Complete road service calls using a company service truck Diagnose tire issues and recommend proper service Maintain accurate work orders and follow all safety procedures Keep shop equipment, tools, and service truck clean and organized Provide courteous, professional customer service on every job Requirements Experience with commercial truck tires and/or OTR tires Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during road calls Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full benefits package: Health, Dental, Disability, Supplemental Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid training and advancement opportunities Stable, long‑term employment with a respected regional company Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Experience: Commercial Truck Tire or OTR Tire: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) DOT Physical & Card (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
