Career advancement opportunities! Responsibilities – Service Advisor: Listen to customers’ complaints and description of symptoms; clarify description of problems; check vehicle maintenance records. Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions. Generate service order estimates and quotes for customers based upon a menu of recommended services. Understand the technician's diagnosis and service recommendations. Explain cost, service process and time requirements to customers in detail. Establish completion expectations with the customer. Inform customer when vehicle is ready and customer concerns have been addressed. Interpret and clarify repair procedures with the customer. Document information about services performed or recommendations. Maintain satisfactory Customer Service scores as prescribed by the Manufacturer and Dealer. Conduct post-repair follow-up. Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor: Previous Service Advisor experience required Fleet Experience Preferred Experience with Decisiv, Auto Integrate, or fleet billing would be valuable Must be organized, dependable, and able to communicate clearly in a busy commercial truck service department Experience with CRM/Dealer Management Systems required CDK experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid in-state driver's license Professional personal appearance A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills Please upload your resume.
