NOW HIRING: Class B CDL Truck Driver Manual Transmission (Stick Shift) Required We are looking for a dependable, experienced Truck Driver to join our team! We specialize in excavation and site work and need a reliable driver to haul materials to and from construction sites. If you have a strong work ethic, take pride in safe driving, and know your way around a construction site, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial dump truck with a manual transmission (stick shift). Haul materials such as stone, dirt, topsoil, blacktop, gravel, and other construction materials. Transport materials to and from construction sites, quarries, asphalt plants, and other locations. Safely load, transport, and dump materials as directed. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (check tires, lug nuts, lights, oil leaks, motor oil, antifreeze, power steering fluid, tags, state inspection, etc). Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with applicable weight limits and DOT regulations. Maintain a clean truck and report mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Follow all job-site safety procedures and communicate effectively with equipment operators, contractors, and supervisors. Assist with other job-site duties as needed. Qualifications Valid Class B CDL required. Experience driving a manual transmission (stick shift) required. Previous dump truck or construction material hauling experience preferred. Clean driving record. Knowledge of construction sites and safe dumping procedures is a plus. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
