ConfidentialJob Overview We are in the market for a plumbing subcontractor or 2 that we can push extra work to. We have so much work that we can’t keep up. Instead of turning these customers away we would like to build a relationship with someone that can take care of them the same way we would. I don’t need a competitor I need teammates that want to grow together. In addition to funneling jobs, we need a sub that we can work men labor only on commercial jobs as needed. Would need to discuss a day rate per man. If you’re not serious about building a relationship that can benefit us both and not just you I’m not going to reply. Our leaders would be on site managing schedule, materials, and flow of job. Would love to know if anyone is looking for an entry level apprentice position as well. There WILL be a subcontractor agreement with clear work orders. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Plumbing Subcontractor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of plumbing projects within commercial settings, ensuring that all work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Your expertise in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and mechanical systems will drive the successful completion of complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation of plumbing layouts. Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to ensure optimal flow and system performance. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions for repairs or upgrades. Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout all phases of work. Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and clients to deliver quality workmanship within scheduled timelines. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects. Skilled in welding, assembly, remodeling, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of plumbing inspection cameras, water systems, and plumbing system maintenance and repair. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately. Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards related to construction plumbing. Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of plumbing components and systems in both commercial and residential settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work in various environmental conditions on construction sites.
