The Opportunity: As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will provide operational support across Strategic Accounts, Sales Operations, and Marketing by managing customer contracts, pricing programs, chargebacks, quotations, order coordination, marketing assets, vendor administration, and reporting activities. This role partners with internal teams and external business partners to ensure the accurate and timely execution of commercial programs, customer agreements, and marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do: Administer customer contracts, pricing agreements, and program terms for strategic account customers. Manage dealer communications for special markets accounts in regard to pricing, promotion, chargebacks and contract renewals Manage internal chargeback review, validation, approval, and payment process. Maintain and update customer quotes, bids, tenders, RFPs, and pricing documentation. Drive lead generation by researching bid and contract opportunities. Coordinate fulfillment of special markets orders, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely communication of delivery schedules, and completion of kitting and invoicing activities. Partner with Strategic Account Managers to validate and maintain customer account hierarchies for reporting purposes. Manage marketing literature inventory and replenishment. Coordinate updates, revisions, and distribution of marketing literature, promotional materials and other customer-facing materials. Administer vendor setup, requisitions, POs, invoices, and payments for Sales & Marketing related activities. Verify products and services receipt and maintain records. Coordinate cross-functional projects and requests. Support with business and operational reports. Other job duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: To be considered, candidates should meet one of the following: Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Additional Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting commercial operations, sales operations, customer service, contract administration, or related business support activities. Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related field. 3+ years experience supporting commercial operations, contract administration, pricing management, customer account management, or marketing coordination Experience in establish and driving processes, coordinating multiple objectives, and address and resolving complex problems Experience in negotiating supporting dealer, distributor, or channel partner programs. Experience with ERP, CRM, or business management systems. Experience supporting marketing operations, literature management, purchase order administration, or vendor management processes. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve routine business process issues. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Ability to learn and use business systems, reporting tools, and company processes.
