How you’ll create impact Steward assigned key accounts/market segments — from quotations and order entry to conflict resolution, pricing to value, Voice of the Customer, and Production Readiness coordination. Deliver first‑call resolution on inquiries about products, services, and billing; maintain customer goodwill through clear, timely communication. Own the entire order lifecycle: quoting, processing, tracking bids, managing RMAs, and driving on‑time delivery. Curate accurate contacts and communication records; administer contracts, agreements, and critical programs. Explain production status and troubleshoot issues; collaborate cross‑functionally to expedite outcomes. Verify and process sales orders swiftly and accurately; meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction targets. Develop strong ERP proficiency and deep product/application knowledge. What you’ll bring This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with an US permanent residence. A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder. High School Diploma or GED (required). 3+ years in expediting or customer‑facing roles within engineered products (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office; adept at online research. Customer‑focused communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Self‑starter who spots process issues and drives creative solutions. Experience preparing reports and professional correspondence. Team‑oriented collaborator comfortable engaging customers and colleagues at all levels. Willingness to take on additional assignments as needed. Rewards and well‑being Expected Base Salary Range: [$50,000 – $60,000] Compensation varies based on location/market, skills, experience, education, and internal equity, among other factors.
