PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Commercial Operations Analyst will work collaboratively across the organization to assist and lead with scope of work initiation and management.  

  

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collaboratively work across the organization to help in project management and process adherence.
  • Strong understanding of OTC, Personal Care and Medical device commercialization process and regulatory requirement
  • Project Management
  • Communication skills
  • Collaboratively work across the organization to provide process flow for onboarding new customers and formulations.
  • Work within the CRM tool and other team process assets.

 

QUALIFICATION: 

  1. Required (i.e. knowledge, prior experience)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines
  3. 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, finance, business operations, or similar
  4. Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to support business decisions.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality
  6. Team oriented contributor.
  7. Desired, but not required – Experience within OTC, Rx or other formulation, analytical, or process engineering.
  8. Desired, but not required – Chemistry and/or Engineering Degrees
  9. Desired, but not required – Technical writing skills
  10. Demonstrated ability to read and understand contracts
  11. Excellent communication skills and ability to relate across multiple levels of the internal organization as well as at the customer
  12. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
  13. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, customers, suppliers, board, and other departments. 
  14. Professional personal presentation.
  15. Financial Acumen and advanced mathematical skills.
