The Sweet Stuff: Compensation: $75k - $85k annual salary Benefits : Medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan Vacation: Paid time off and paid holidays Flexibility: Flexible start and end times Location: Remote, hybrid, and onsite options available The Ideal Fit: Experience : 3-4+ years of commercial account management experience - servicing small, medium, and large transport fleets (preference to candidates that have experience with transportation accounts) Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other insurance software What’s on Your Plate: Service small, medium, and large transport fleets Prepare and submit applications with underwriting information provided by producers. Follow up with markets to obtain quotations. Build strong client relationships through a positive approach, building trust and professionalism.
