Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

Job Summary We are looking for Class A CDL drivers with experience transporting refrigerated freight (reefer) to operate dedicated routes between Orlando, Florida, and Massachusetts. Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across diverse routes. Your expertise in commercial truck driving will be vital in maintaining our reputation for reliable service and customer satisfaction. Duties Safely operate commercial trucks, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules across OTR routes. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Manage documentation accurately for deliveries, including bills of lading, logs, inspection reports, and compliance paperwork. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery statuses, or any issues encountered on the road. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold safety standards at all times during loading/unloading operations and while on the road. Experience Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL license; experience with refrigerated trailers. Familiarity with route driving across long distances and managing logistics cargo handling efficiently. Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, hazardous materials regulations, and safety protocols for dangerous goods transportation.
