Our ownership team operates internationally, but we remain directly involved in the daily operations of the business. We will actively assist with route planning, dispatch coordination, load opportunities, scheduling, and operational decisions. You will not be expected to run the business alone. Position Overview Tall World Logistics is seeking a full-time Box Truck Driver to operate our commercial vehicle and safely transport freight to designated destinations. The ideal candidate is a responsible professional who is comfortable working with a remotely based ownership team and coordinating closely with dispatchers. Because we are a new company, flexibility, communication, patience, and problem-solving are essential. We are particularly interested in someone who understands that trucking operations can change quickly. Loads may be adjusted, routes may change, and unexpected situations can arise. We want a driver who can communicate challenges, offer solutions, and work alongside our team rather than operating independently without coordination. We will provide operational support, help evaluate available loads, coordinate with dispatch, and work together to build an efficient and profitable transportation operation. Key Responsibilities Driving and Freight Transportation Safely operate a 26-foot box truck in compliance with applicable DOT and traffic regulations. Transport freight between pickup and delivery locations according to assigned schedules. Complete local, regional, or longer-distance routes depending on business needs and agreed availability. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure freight is properly secured and handled safely. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including bills of lading and proof of delivery. Communicate delays, mechanical issues, delivery complications, or other concerns immediately. Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle. Dispatching and Route Coordination This is one of the most important aspects of the position. Our ownership team is based overseas, but we will remain actively involved in managing the business and supporting daily operations. We are looking for a driver who is comfortable working within this structure and understands the importance of consistent communication.
