Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks with a valid CDL A license adhering strictly to DOT regulations and traffic laws. Manage delivery routes efficiently using mobile devices for navigation and communication, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs. Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods professionally, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each interaction. Conduct pre-trip inspections on your vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before departure. Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and incident reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is preferred. Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving, and safe manual handling practices. Familiarity with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, traffic laws, and weight handling in the workplace to ensure safety at all times. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members. Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and documentation purposes. Additional Potential to dispatch your own loads. 2 years experience preferred, not required Will be on 75/25 split or 80/20 split depending on specific parameters. Company will provide DOT, MC authority, all compliance expenses including ELD, insurance and half of toll fees. Owner operator will be responsible for fuel expenses and maintenance. May bring own trailer, or potential to have one provided.
