ConfidentialLocal CDL-A Transfer Station-to-Landfill Driver (Manual Transmission) – Finksburg, MD – Home Daily Prime Technical Solutions, owned and operated by Nii Armah, is hiring one experienced CDL-A driver for a dedicated local route from the Finksburg Transfer Station (Finksburg, MD) to the Blue Ridge landfill with a tipper trailer. Home daily, Monday–Saturday. Our truck is a manual (stick shift). Drivers with an automatic-only ("E") restriction cannot be considered. PAY $59 per completed load Standard week: 17 loads (3 per day Mon–Fri + 2 on Saturday) = approx. $1,000 base Up to $200 weekly performance bonus = approx. $1,200 per standard week Extra loads, when available and legally completed, paid at the same $59 rate WEEKLY BONUS – UP TO $200 (each category earned independently) Safety and Compliance – $80 Attendance and Early-Start Reliability – $50 Communication and Paperwork – $40 Equipment Care and Professionalism – $30 ROUTE Pickup: Finksburg Transfer Station, Finksburg, MD Delivery: Blue Ridge landfill 118 miles round trip per load Tipper trailer Early-morning start (exact time confirmed at hire) Home daily MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card No automatic-transmission ("E") restriction; able to safely drive a manual Verifiable transfer station-to-landfill hauling experience Tipper trailer experience Available Monday–Saturday with early-morning starts Safe driving record, able to meet insurance requirements, and pass DOT drug and alcohol testing HOW TO APPLY Apply through Indeed with your city, phone number, years of CDL-A experience, confirmation of no automatic restriction, and a short description of your transfer station-to-landfill and tipper experience.
