Overview Join our transportation team as a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) A Truck Driver and keep freight moving safely and reliably. You’ll drive tractor-trailers on local delivery routes or over-the-road (OTR) routes, using GPS navigation and sound judgment to protect cargo and serve customers. Assignments may involve refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or automobile transportation, depending on operational needs. Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, with manual or automatic transmissions; complete delivery driving and route driving safely. Inspect vehicles and secure freight before departure; load and unload cargo, using proper manual handling and logistics cargo-handling practices. Transport general freight and, when qualified and assigned, hazardous materials (hazmat) or other dangerous goods in compliance with applicable requirements. Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and hazardous materials regulations; maintain accurate trip and delivery records. Your impact: Safe driving and careful cargo handling help customers receive their freight on time and in good condition. Experience Required: Valid CDL Class A license and a safe driving record; ability to operate commercial trucks and perform delivery driving. Preferred: Delivery driver experience, commercial driving or truck driving experience, and familiarity with OTR routes, freight, and GPS navigation. Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, automobile transportation, manual transmission, and truck loading and unloading is helpful. Hazmat or dangerous-goods assignments require applicable qualifications and compliance with relevant regulations. Able to handle cargo manually when needed and follow safe loading, unloading, and vehicle-inspection procedures. Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per week Work Location: In person
