Penny Roller Express (volt logistics)Job Summary As a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) A Truck Driver, you’ll transport freight safely and reliably using a tractor-trailer. Transporting containers from Charleston ports and Greer ports to customers daily. Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, with manual or automatic transmissions as assigned Follow planned routes, use GPS navigation, and complete delivery driving tasks Inspect vehicles and secure freight before departure; * Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including hazardous materials requirements when handling hazmat or dangerous goods Your impact: Safe driving and careful cargo handling help customers receive their freight reliably and in the condition expected. Skills Required: Valid CDL A and safe commercial truck driving experience, including delivery driving twic card and clean MVR Required: Knowledge of driving practices, tractor-trailer operation. Required: Ability to handle freight and perform manual handling tasks safely Preferred: Preferred: Familiarity with logistics cargo handling, hazmat, dangerous goods, and applicable FMCSA, DOT, and hazardous materials regulations Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week Benefits: Fuel card Work Location: In person
