CDL Class A Truck Drivers (Flatbed Conestoga OTR) ABS Transportation is looking for reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A Truck Drivers to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced flatbed driver or a CDL holder looking to start your career on a Flatbed Conestoga trailer , we’d love to hear from you. We provide training for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with a Flatbed Conestoga trailer. Transport freight safely and efficiently while following assigned routes and delivery schedules. Properly secure and unsecure loads using chains, straps, binders, and other load securement equipment. Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections. Comply with all FMCSA , DOT , and company safety regulations. Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) using Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs). Complete required shipping and delivery paperwork accurately. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and receivers. Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or delays promptly. Keep equipment clean and well-maintained. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL . Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices. Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and meet FMCSA qualification requirements. Ability to safely secure freight and perform physical work, including climbing on trailers and handling securement equipment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism. Flatbed or Conestoga experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train motivated drivers. What We’re Looking For Safety-first attitude. Dependable and responsible.
