Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver

We are seeking a CDL A Local Driver to move trailers and product between plants within a typical 25-50-mile delivery radius. Reporting to the Transportation Manager, this role operates day cab tractors and performs scheduled shuttle runs, variable dispatch assignments, multiple daily deliveries, and dedicated plant-to-plant routes, including tarping and securing some loads. Responsibilities Transport trailers and product between plants on local routes. Complete scheduled shuttle runs and variable dispatch assignments. Perform multiple daily plant deliveries within a 25-50-mile radius. Operate day cab tractors safely and efficiently. Inspect loads and secure cargo, including tarping some loads. Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections. Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records. Follow safety requirements and support vehicle maintenance. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of commercial truck driving experience. Preferred Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Defensive driving experience. Knowledge of cargo securement and DOT compliance. Experience with vehicle inspections and route planning. Familiarity with electronic logging devices. Strong time-management, safety-awareness, and communication skills. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Fuel card Work Location: In person
