Home Daily | Tuesday–Saturday | Sunday and Monday Off Drive locally out of Chester, NY, with daily home time, a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, and paid training. No NYC deliveries during your first six months You will not be assigned New York City deliveries during your first six months on the account. Before running NYC routes alone, you will train with NYC-certified trainers. NYC deliveries are part of the position after at least six months and completion of the required training. Deliveries elsewhere in New York State are part of the regular service area from the start. Pay: $0.68–$0.74 per mile. $28.50–$30 per stop, plus other applicable activity pay. New-hire training pay: $200 per day. Paid online orientation. Schedule and home time: Home daily. Work Tuesday–Saturday, with regular days off Sunday and Monday. Your recruiter will review the available start time with you. Report to the Chester, NY 10918 operation each workday. Scheduled holiday work may be required when the operation is running. About the work: Deliver fresh and frozen groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers, generally within 250 miles of Chester. Routes include multiple stops, return products and backhauls. Freight on the primary operation is mostly no-touch. Drivers also support other local delivery operations approximately two to three days per week, where pallet-jack unloading may be required. Training is provided. Drivers share day-cab trucks with other shifts. Trucks remain at the operation during time off, so reliable transportation to and from work is required.
