Job Overview Operate a commercial truck with a flatbed trailer Primarily load concrete structures; will on occasion haul other materials Primarily local (Central Texas) 3-month probationary period as 1099; transition to W-2 with bonuses thereafter Responsibilities Start time 5am; primary customer starts handing out loads at 6am Secure loads with straps and chains; occasionally tarp Pre-trip and post trip inspections required Report to manager any issues with truck or trailer Keep ‘paper’ logs through app Requirements At least two years of commercial truck driving experience; flatbed experience preferred Ability to drive both 10-speed and 18-speed manual transmissions Must pass background check Pre-employment drug test required; random drug tests thereafter Spanish-speakers preferred Pay: $162.00 - $324.00 per day Benefits: Paid training Work Location: On the road
