ConfidentialOverview As a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) A Truck Driver, you’ll move freight safely and reliably using a tractor-trailer. You’ll plan route driving with GPS navigation, complete delivery driving on over-the-road (OTR) routes, and handle cargo with care. Your work may involve, flatbeds, or bulk material, depending on the load and assignment. Your impact: Safe, timely deliveries help customers receive their freight in good condition and keep supply chains moving. Duties Operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, and drive manual-transmission vehicles when required. Follow assigned routes, use GPS navigation, and communicate delivery or route issues promptly. Inspect vehicles and secure freight before departure; load and unload cargo using safe manual-handling practices. Transport general freight. Maintain delivery and inspection records and follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. You will be hauling bulk materials and maintain good customer service. You will be making local delivers and pickups. Skills Required: Valid CDL A and safe commercial truck driving, commercial driving, or delivery driver experience. Required: Knowledge of driving safety, freight handling, truck loading and unloading, and manual handling practices. Required: Ability to follow FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations. Preferred: Experience with OTR driving routes, route driving, delivery driving, flatbeds, tankers. Preferred: Experience handling logistics cargo and operating a manual transmission. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
