ConfidentialOTR Class A CDL Driver – Dry Van – $1,700–$1,800/Week – W-2 with Benefits Nashville, TN | Full-time | W-2 Company Driver We're a Nashville-based carrier hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road dry van freight. You'll get strong weekly pay, health insurance, and home time every other week, as a W-2 employee rather than a 1099 contractor. Pay and Benefits $1,600–$1,800 per week W-2 employment, with taxes withheld and no self-employment tax Health insurance Company fuel card, so there are no out-of-pocket fuel costs Home every other week, with flexibility to work around your schedule Steady dry van freight and consistent miles Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer on OTR dry van routes Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any equipment issues Keep accurate hours-of-service logs on the ELD in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Secure loads and verify trailer seals and paperwork at pickup and delivery Communicate with dispatch about delivery status, delays, or issues on the road Deliver freight safely and on time Requirements Valid Class A CDL At least 2 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience Dry van experience preferred Clean MVR and a safe driving record Able to pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug screen No drug or alcohol violations in the FMCSA Clearinghouse At least 21 years old (required by federal law for interstate driving) Able to read and speak English well enough to communicate with officials and complete reports, as required by FMCSA §391.11 Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Relocation assistance Work Location: In person
