We are hiring experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for dedicated Midwest regional routes offering consistent weekly miles, competitive pay, and dependable weekend home time. Drivers typically leave Monday morning and return Friday evening, operating primarily within a 500-mile radius of Chicago. Enjoy 100% no-touch dry van freight, approximately 80% drop-and-hook loads, and late-model Freightliner Cascadias. Pay & Compensation $0.65–$0.70 CPM based on verifiable driving experience Average weekly earnings of $1,500–$1,800 2,300–2,700 miles per week All dispatched miles paid $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments at 30 and 90 days Detention pay after 2 hours $150 daily layover and breakdown pay Weekly direct deposit every Friday Schedule & Operating Area Home every weekend — Monday through Friday schedule Midwest regional routes: IL, IN, WI, MI, OH, IA, MO, and MN Primarily within 500 miles of Chicago Consistent customer lanes and predictable routes Advance requests for scheduled time off accommodated Duties Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned Midwest regional routes. Transport dry van freight between customer facilities and distribution centers. Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining safe and efficient operations. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations. Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, and scheduling. Follow company safety procedures and applicable transportation regulations.
