AVAILABLE POSITIONS & HOME TIME Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers Regional and long-haul freight opportunities. Travel across multiple states based on assigned routes. Home-time scheduling coordinated with dispatch and freight availability. Drivers must be comfortable with extended trips and overnight travel. Local & Regional Drivers Local and regional delivery routes based on operational needs. Home on weekends whenever scheduling permits. Our goal is to get drivers home as soon as possible after completing their final delivery. Weekend home time is prioritized, although freight schedules, delivery appointments, and unforeseen delays may affect return times. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience and employment history. No at-fault preventable accidents or major moving violations within the past 3 years. Must meet DOT and FMCSA driver qualification requirements. Must be able to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to meet federal commercial driving requirements. Current DOT medical certification, as required. Ability to pass all required DOT drug and alcohol testing and background qualification checks. Must maintain a professional attitude, dependable attendance, and a strong commitment to safety. Must be able to operate commercial vehicles safely in varying road, traffic, and weather conditions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers while complying with all DOT and FMCSA regulations. Transport freight to designated destinations safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Properly secure and monitor freight during transportation. Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD), bills of lading, delivery receipts, and required transportation documents. Follow assigned routes and coordinate with dispatch regarding delivery appointments, delays, and route changes. Monitor vehicle conditions and promptly report mechanical issues. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company positively at customer and delivery locations. Respect company equipment and follow established safety and maintenance procedures. Maintain professional communication with customers, warehouse personnel, and dispatch. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re not just looking for someone who can drive a truck.
