ConfidentialOverview Join our team as a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) A Truck Driver and keep freight moving safely and reliably. You’ll operate a tractor-trailer on local delivery routes and over-the-road (OTR) driving routes, using GPS navigation to plan and follow routes. Assignments may include refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or automobile transportation, depending on operational needs. Your impact: Safe, timely deliveries help customers receive the freight and goods they depend on. Responsibilities Drive commercial trucks and tractor-trailers, including vehicles with manual transmissions, while following assigned routes. Complete delivery driving, route driving, and OTR trips; inspect vehicles and report maintenance or safety concerns. Handle logistics cargo, freight, and manual loading and unloading; secure loads appropriately for the trailer and cargo. Transport hazardous materials or dangerous goods only when qualified and assigned, following applicable handling procedures. Maintain accurate delivery and trip records and comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and hazardous materials regulations. Requirements Valid CDL Class A license and a safe driving record; meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements. Experience in commercial truck driving, commercial driving, truck driving, or delivery driver work. Ability to operate a tractor-trailer and manual transmission and safely perform manual handling, loading, and unloading. Familiarity with GPS navigation, freight handling, and route planning. Hazmat, refrigerated trailer, flatbed, tanker, or automobile transportation experience is preferred; required endorsements must be held for assigned loads.
