Compensation & Opportunities Solo Drivers: Starting at 28% of Truck Gross Revenue Established Teams: Starting at 32% of Truck Gross Revenue (combined team compensation) Team Pay Increases to 33% After 90 Days Opportunity for Team Pay to Increase to 34% Weekly pay settlements Transparent load revenue and settlement breakdowns Company-provided tractor OTR freight opportunities Southeast and Midwest operating lanes, with additional routes as available Direct communication with ownership Home-time arrangements discussed during hiring Long-term growth opportunities as the company expands Solo Driver Earnings Examples $4,500 truck gross = $1,260 driver pay $5,000 truck gross = $1,400 driver pay $6,000 truck gross = $1,680 driver pay Team Driver Earnings Examples The following amounts represent combined pay for both team drivers, not individual driver earnings. $7,000 truck gross = $2,240 combined team pay at 32% $8,000 truck gross = $2,560 combined team pay at 32% $10,000 truck gross = $3,200 combined team pay at 32% Actual compensation depends on completed loads and truck revenue. Earnings are estimates, not guarantees. Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience CDL restrictions considered; no blanket restriction disqualification Acceptable driving record Current DOT medical certification Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing Strong communication and time-management skills Commitment to safety and equipment care Responsibilities Safely transport freight according to dispatch instructions Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate electronic logs Properly secure and protect freight Communicate delivery updates and equipment concerns Follow federal transportation regulations Maintain professional relationships with customers and dispatchers Established Driving Teams Welcome Experienced teams are encouraged to apply.
