Pay Dry Van Drivers 70–75 cents per mile (CPM), or 28–30% of gross revenue Pay options and details will be discussed during the hiring process. Details will be discussed during the hiring process. Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial truck to transport freight across the 48 contiguous states. Operate dry van, flatbed, or reefer equipment, depending on assignment. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Secure cargo and follow applicable loading, unloading, and cargo-handling procedures. Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and dispatch instructions. Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery paperwork. Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates or delays. Report vehicle issues, accidents, and safety concerns promptly. Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies. Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Minimum 1 year of commercial truck driving experience. Safe driving record and ability to meet applicable DOT requirements. Ability to complete required pre-employment screening and driver qualification procedures.
