Company Truck Driver – Dry Van We are currently hiring experienced Company Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We provide the truck and equipment, and drivers operate company-provided Freightliner Cascadia trucks. Compensation Up to $0.80 per mile (CPM) Paid on both loaded and empty miles 1099 contractor compensation Referral and safety bonus opportunities Equipment Drivers may be assigned one of the following: Freightliner Cascadia Evolution 126 Model years 2023–2027, subject to availability Trucks are maintained and operated in compliance with applicable DOT requirements Truck assignments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Freight and Operation Dry van freight Power-only operation No-touch freight Light and clean commodities Over-the-road driving Driver Responsibilities Safely operate the assigned commercial motor vehicle Complete assigned loads and deliveries on schedule Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Additional Information $200 security deposit, collected over the first 10 weeks $59 weekly occupational accident insurance Referral and safety bonus opportunities Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Clean and safe driving record Ability to meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements Previous commercial driving experience preferred Reliable communication and professional work ethic How to Apply Please complete our online application: When completing the application, please provide your complete employment history for the past three years, including the employer name and dates of employment.
