Bringing hands-on experience in port logistics, container transport. Looking to contribute strong safety awareness, efficient route management, and dependable service in a role that offers consistent local work and daily home time. Customers located in La Porte, Baytown, and Pasadena. Truck is a day cab,10 speed manual. Summary of Qualifications: Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record (at least 2 years experience) No restrictions Experience operating within port environments (container pickups, drop-offs, chassis handling) Knowledge of port procedures, including TWIC card access and terminal operations Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements Skilled in pre-trip/post-trip inspections and equipment safety checks Ability to manage tight delivery schedules and high-volume workloads Experience with local routes and city/regional navigation Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset Key Skills & Experience: Container hauling and intermodal transport Chassis inspection and securement Port terminal coordination and documentation Electronic logging devices (ELDs) and paperwork handling Customer service during pickups and deliveries Safe backing, docking, and maneuvering in port areas Work Preferences: Local routes (home daily) Port and intermodal work Additional Qualifications: TWIC Card (required for port access) Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening Able to lift and handle equipment as needed If interested call or text David 8328719005 Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On the road
