We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver who takes pride in safe driving, reliable service, and representing our company professionally. Position Summary The CDL Class A Driver transports customer freight throughout the Cincinnati metropolitan and surrounding tri-state area. This position works closely with dispatch and customers to complete pickups and deliveries safely, accurately, and on time. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer while following applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company procedures. Complete daily inspections and promptly report equipment defects or maintenance concerns. Coordinate with dispatch regarding assignments, delivery progress, delays, and customer requirements. Complete shipping paperwork, delivery records, and required electronic logs accurately. Verify load securement and follow safe practices when handling freight. Follow customer site rules and safety requirements during pickups and deliveries. Report accidents, incidents, freight damage, and unsafe conditions promptly. Maintain clean equipment and provide courteous, professional customer service. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. At least two years of CDL driving experience. Ability to meet DOT medical qualification requirements and complete required pre-employment screening. Commitment to safe driving and dependable attendance. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to use electronic logging and dispatch communication tools.
