CONSOLIDATED REINFORCEMENTAbout the Role Consolidated Reinforcement is hiring a hands-on Pier Drill Operator who also holds a Class A CDL. This is primarily a field and equipment role — roughly seventy-five percent of your time goes to drilling foundation piers and maintaining the drilling truck, with about twenty-five percent spent delivering materials across the DFW metro. You’ll be the guy who knows the rig inside and out: drilling piers to spec, keeping the truck running, and stepping up to haul loads when the schedule calls for it. Key Responsibilities Operate pier drilling equipment to drill foundation piers to plan and specification Perform daily and routine maintenance on the drilling truck and related equipment — fluids, filters, greasing, minor repairs, keeping it job-ready Set up, drill, and complete piers following site and engineering requirements Drive Class A trucks to deliver materials and supplies to job sites as needed Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and stay compliant with DOT rules Load, secure, and unload materials safely Work with the operations team and site contacts to keep projects on schedule Follow all company, DOT, and OSHA safety procedures Requirements Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR Solid hands-on experience drilling foundation piers / drilled shafts Comfortable doing your own truck and equipment maintenance — this is a big part of the job Knowledge of safe load securement and DOT regulations Able to read and follow plans and specs Physically able to work outdoors in Texas weather Must pass pre-employment drug screen (including THC), background check, and DOT physical Self-starter who can work independently Preferred Mechanical aptitude beyond basic maintenance Some construction material delivery background Flexible for early starts or overtime What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time local work, home every night A role where drilling skill and mechanical know-how actually matter Steady work with an established DFW pier and reinforcement company Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off License/Certification: CDL A (Preferred) Work Location: In person
