We’re looking for reliable, experienced CDL Class A drivers to join our OTR team. If you have at least 2 years of CDL-A driving experience and are ready for consistent miles and professional support, we want to hear from you! DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Valid CDL Class A license Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience Current DOT Medical Card Clean and safe driving record Must meet all applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening SAP drivers considered on a case-by-case basis, with all required SAP requirements completed or not. DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES As a lease-purchase driver, you are responsible for safely operating and properly maintaining your assigned truck while meeting all company, DOT, and lease requirements. Safely operate the tractor and trailer on assigned routes Drivers are expected to operate professionally, safely, and responsibly while working toward successful completion of the lease-purchase program. Complete all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain the truck and report mechanical issues promptly Keep the truck clean and in good operating condition Properly secure and protect all cargo Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations Maintain accurate logs and comply with hours-of-service requirements Complete bills of lading, delivery paperwork, and electronic documentation Communicate with dispatch regarding loads, delays, breakdowns, and delivery status Take reasonable care of the truck, trailer, and company equipment Follow the terms and conditions of the lease-purchase agreement Maintain a valid CDL, medical card, and all required qualifications Report accidents, tickets, damage, or safety concerns immediately Use fuel cards and company-approved fuel programs according to company policy Follow approved maintenance and service schedules Maintain professional communication with customers, shippers, receivers, dispatch, and company personnel Protect company property and equipment from damage, theft, or misuse Follow all applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws Maintain reliable communication and complete assigned loads as agreed Return company property and equipment as required under the lease terms Pay: $0.60 - $0.75 per mile Benefits: Fuel card Fuel discount Lease purchase program Paid orientation Paid training Passenger ride along program Pet rider program Referral program Safety equipment provided People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
