Commercial Driver's License A Hotshot Driver

Overview Endless Black Ribbon Logistics is looking for a reliable, experienced and safe CDL-A Hotshot Driver who is capable of operating a heavy duty pickup truck with a 40ft gooseneck trailer. Requirements Valid CDL A Over the age of 26 5 years of CDL experience Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT regulations Ability to manually handle cargo safely during load & unload operations Physical capability to secure various cargo loads, and knowledge on safe and proper securement Safe and efficient driving habits and ability Responsibilities Tracking your worked hours with Perform Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections on your assigned truck and trailer and report any maintenance needs or safety issues Accurately and consistently maintain HOS Logs, and E-Logging driving hours Create field tickets with all applicable information required for each delivery completed Ensure vehicle, driver and cargo securement and marking compliance with FMCSA, local and state regulations Navigate to and from pickup and delivery locations using GPS (most often google maps) and navigate to job locations down lease roads in Texas and New Mexico Communicate with customer contacts at pickup and delivery to coordinate loading and unloading of cargo that require equipment to load Keeping assigned equipment in good operating condition, clean and presentable Favorable Skills Highly Experienced Problem Solving Mechanical skills to make minor repairs as needed Bilingual (Spanish) Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
