Commercial Driver's License A Delivery Driver

LMG Ag Products, Inc. SUMMARY: Delivery of packaged chemicals and fertilizer as well as fertilizer in tender trailers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with delivery and warehouse operations. Maintain records of delivery as well as vehicle documentation. Other duties will be assigned on occasion. COMPENSATION: Competitive; Dependent on Experience. REQUIREMENTS: - High School diploma or demonstrated experience in vocational agricultural or a combination of education and work experience. - Valid CLASS A driver’s license & Current CDL. Hazmat endorsement required, will assist in obtaining endorsement if needed. - Minimum Age Requirement – 21 Years Old. Due to DOT Requirements. - Must be able to work 40+ hour weeks. Ability to work weekends occasionally. - Must be able to pass a physical and drug/alcohol screening. - Must be able to lift 75 lbs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Properly deliver customer orders accurately based off information provided from dispatcher. - Unloading of product at customer locations, as well as loading at pick up locations. - Securing product in truck for safe transportation. - Responsible for cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of vehicles. - Cross-referencing paperwork with products delivered to guarantee accuracy. - Work diligently and efficiently. - Provide the utmost customer service to all customers. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have a valid CLASS A CDL; must have/plan to obtain the HAZMAT endorsement. - Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass all random drug/alcohol screenings. - Must be able to sit for lengthy periods of time depending on the location of the customer. - Must meet all requirements in place by DOT (physical and medical requirements).
