Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Local Commercial Delivery Driver to join our team on a part-time basis. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with local commercial deliveries and customer service. The ideal candidate has prior delivery driving experience, a clean driving record, forklift and pallet jack certifications, and the ability to safely handle containers weighing up to 75 pounds. The successful candidate will be reliable, organized, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Pull, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately in the warehouse. Load and unload the delivery truck safely and efficiently. Establish and follow efficient delivery routes within a 100-mile radius of Ocala. Deliver products to commercial customers in a timely and professional manner. Load, unload, lift, and move containers weighing up to 75 pounds. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets and complete required delivery paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery truck. Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service. Verify orders and delivery paperwork for accuracy. Follow company safety procedures and all applicable traffic laws. Assist with general warehouse duties and maintain an organized work area. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior delivery driving experience required. Forklift and pallet jack certifications, with practical operating experience. Ability to lift and move containers weighing up to 75 pounds safely. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. No CDL required. Compensation and Schedule Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Employment Type: Part-time.
