Commercial Delivery Driver - G License

We have four locations within London and supply to both contractor and retail customers. We are currently seeking a Commercial Driver for our Hyde Park Location to fill an existing vacancy. The Driver operates vehicles which require a G license to deliver material to customers in accordance with safety regulations and ensures excellent service is provided to the customer in person. This is a physical job and will require lifting and placing of material - Doors and Trim. A monthly productivity bonus is paid for this position - this is not factored into the posted salary range. RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivering of material to customers jobsites Material handling ( doors, trim, door hardare, etc) Accurately checking off orders Handling customer / internal paperwork Customer service Maintaining accurate ELD logs and pre/post trip inspections Ensures machinery maintenance by completing daily checks Contributes to a positive team environment within the branch and throughout the company QUALIFICATIONS A basic knowledge of building materials Valid G license Commercial driving experience Clean drivers abstract Over the age of 25 General math skills Ability to lift heavy materials / objects Able to work independently and accurately Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Customer focused Why Join Us?
