Commercial Custodial Lead & Route Driver (Phased Onboarding)

Job Summary Fresh House Cleaners LLC and Fresh Clothes Mobile Laundry are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Commercial Custodial & Route Driver. This position offers astructured, phased ramp-up designed to get you fully trained and onboarded during our busy Q4 holiday season before stepping into a primary commercial custodial management role on January 1st. Phased Pay & Schedule Breakdown PHASE 1: November & December (Training & Q4 Route Support) Pay: $20.00 / hour Hours: ~15–25 hours per week Duties: Drive mobile laundry pickup and delivery routes during peak Q4 volume. Get trained on fleet vehicles, routing tools, and commercial floor care equipment. Complete paid shadow walk-throughs and keyholder orientations for key commercial accounts in Boise. PHASE 2: Starting January 1st (Full Account Leadership) Pay: $22.50 / hour (Automatic performance & promotion raise) Hours: ~30–35 guaranteed base hours per week Duties: Take full lead keyholder ownership of two primary commercial accounts in Boise: House of Worship Contract (3x/week): Wednesday evenings, Saturday prep, and Monday early mornings ( 5:00 AM start post-weekend reset). Commercial Office Building (5x/week): ~2 hours/visit (flexible weekday afternoons/evenings). Serve as a backup/route support driver for Fresh Clothes Mobile Laundry as needed. Key Responsibilities Commercial Janitorial Care: Execute routine cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitization, trash pulls, and supply restocking according to facility checklists. Keyholder Security: Manage building entry codes, alarm systems, and security lockups with 100% reliability. Fleet Driving: Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (e.g., Cargo Vans) to complete customer laundry route pickups/deliveries on schedule. Quality & Inventory Control: Maintain equipment in clean, working order and track inventory levels for paper products and cleaning supplies. Qualifications & Requirements Clean Driving Record (MVR): Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history (required for fleet vehicle insurance). Clean Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check (required for church facility access and customer deliveries). Schedule Reliability: Comfortable with early morning starts ( 5:00 AM on Mondays ) and working independently without direct on-site supervision. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (laundry tubs/bags) and operate commercial cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, floor scrubber).
