Job Title: Commercial Contract Specialist Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Marysville, OH, United States About the Role: Honda Development & Manufacturing of America is seeking a Commercial Contract Specialist in Marysville, OH. You will review, redline, and negotiate Master Agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs) with suppliers, ensuring commercial risk mitigation and compliance with corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: • Review, analyze, redline, and negotiate low-to-medium complexity Master Services Agreements and SOWs. • Partner with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, and Business stakeholders to assess commercial risk factors. • Manage the North American contract repository and ensure contract consolidation and retention compliance. • Support supplier onboarding and route sourcing requests to appropriate procurement channels. • Identify process bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement themes for contract management. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Pre-Law, or related field (or 4 years equivalent experience). • 0-2 years of procurement contracting, paralegal, or commercial contract review experience. • Solid commercial negotiation, analytical reasoning, and contract redlining capabilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, or CLM suites). • Professional certification (CSP, CPM, CPSM) is an asset.
