Royal Auto Works, Inc.Job Overview As a Collision Parts Clerk, you’ll keep repair work moving by sourcing, ordering, receiving, and organizing the parts technicians need. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, service teams, and customers to confirm fit, availability, pricing, and delivery details. Your impact: Accurate parts sourcing and inventory control help technicians complete repairs efficiently and keep customers informed. Responsibilities Identify and source automotive parts and accessories using vehicle details, repair information, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) references. Manage purchasing, supplier communication, pricing, order status, returns, and delivery coordination. Receive, inspect, label, store, and distribute parts; maintain accurate inventory records and support shipping and receiving. Communicate with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely repairs. Skills Essential: Strong organization, data entry accuracy, internal communication, and inventory control skills; knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems. Essential: Experience with parts administration, purchasing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
