Collision Parts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Collision Parts Coordinator to join our auto body repair team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of collision repair parts experience and strong working knowledge of CCC ONE. We need someone who can independently manage the complete parts ordering process, maintain accurate inventory, coordinate with vendors and insurance companies, and keep our technicians supplied with the correct parts on time. Responsibilities Manage all parts ordering for collision repair jobs. Work with CCC ONE to manage parts orders and repair orders. Source OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts. Verify part numbers, pricing, availability and compatibility. Perform mirror matching and inspect all incoming parts. Coordinate with estimators, production managers and technicians. Track backorders, missing parts and delivery schedules. Process returns, credits and vendor discrepancies. Communicate with dealerships, distributors and insurance representatives. Monitor parts invoices and maintain accurate records. Keep parts organized and assigned to the correct repair orders. Help minimize repair delays and improve shop production. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in an auto body collision repair shop. Strong working knowledge of CCC ONE. Experience with OEM, aftermarket and recycled parts. Knowledge of PartsTrader and other parts procurement platforms preferred. Understanding of insurance estimates and supplements. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously. Strong vendor relationships and negotiation skills. Dependable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
