Overview Our Collision Centre is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Assistant Shop Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced Collision Centre environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with a team. Duties Point person for ordering all parts as per the estimate and ensuring accuracy and tracking. Assist with the detailing of repaired vehicles for delivery back to the customer. Assist Auto body repair technicians by ensuring they have all the parts for each job. Help maintain a clean and organized shop parts inventory. Support heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and parts. Assist with general shop cleanliness and organization. Qualifications Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the automotive field. Organized and efficient in work ethic.
