Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, fulfilment, and frozen product storageCoordinate resources, workflows, layouts, procedures, and temperature requirementsLead supervisors and employees through coaching, training, and developmentMonitor KPIs, labour costs, budgets, reports, and process improvementsMaintain customer relationships and support safety and compliance requirementsRequirements:
Degree or diploma in business, supply chain, logistics, or operationsMinimum five years warehouse or logistics experienceAt least three years in leadership or managementExperience managing warehouse teams and multi-shift operationsKnowledge of WMS, inventory software, safety, and food requirementsApply warehouse leadership, cold storage knowledge, and operational judgment to support Klondike Cold Storage customers and teams.
