In this role, you will: Deliver coffee, beverages, snacks, and breakroom supplies to customer locations. Service and maintain assigned accounts on a scheduled route. Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish products to meet customer demand. Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate product rotation and merchandising. Keep coffee stations, breakrooms, and refreshment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly, responsive, and professional service. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and grow account success. Complete route documentation, inventory tracking, and service records accurately. Operate company vehicles safely while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Resolve customer concerns quickly and ensure every account receives outstanding service. Success in This Role Means: Customers consistently receive exceptional service and support. Accounts are fully stocked, organized, and operating smoothly. Deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. Inventory levels are effectively managed with minimal shortages. Strong relationships are built with customers across your route. You take ownership of your territory and represent Percasso with professionalism and pride. We're looking for individuals who are dependable, customer-oriented, and enjoy working independently. Qualified candidates will have: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer, tablet, and mobile device proficiency. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. A positive attitude and professional appearance. Route delivery, inventory management, merchandising, warehouse, vending, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
