Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Coffee Equipment Technician and Route Driver to join our team. This dual role involves providing exceptional technical support for coffee equipment and managing delivery routes to ensure our customers receive top-quality coffee products and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee. Key Responsibilities: Coffee Equipment Technician Duties: 1 Installation and Maintenance: - Install, maintain, and repair various coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems. - Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. 2. Troubleshooting: - Diagnose technical issues and provide prompt and effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime. 3. Customer Training: - Train customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance to ensure they achieve the best results with their coffee products. 4. Inventory Management: - Keep track of equipment parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. 5. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. Route Driver Duties: 1. Delivery Management: - Safely and efficiently drive designated routes to deliver coffee products and equipment to customers on schedule. - Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care during transit. 2. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
