About the team: About the team The Talent Acquisition team is a dynamic, service-driven group responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across Kinaxis. We partner closely with business leaders, candidates, and stakeholders around the world to deliver an exceptional hiring experience while supporting the company's growth. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring interviews and hiring activities run smoothly from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact for complex scheduling requests, working closely with recruiters, executive assistants, hiring managers, and candidates to create an outstanding experience throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, and customer service, and is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruitment Operations. About the role: Location If in Ottawa or Toronto, you must be in the office at least three days a week.Other Canadian Locations – REMOTE Term Duration This is a full-time, 12-month position, starting January, 2027. Co-op / Intern Eligibility This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date. Compensation range $19.46 - $28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience. What You'll Do Coordinate complex interview schedules using GoodTime and SmartRecruiters, with a primary focus on executive-level interviews and hiring teams that require hands-on scheduling support. Partner with Executive Assistants, hiring managers, recruiters, and interview teams to identify availability and secure interview times across multiple time zones. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive, professional, and responsive experience. Coordinate panel interviews, executive presentations, assessments, and interviews involving multiple stakeholders and competing schedules. Manage urgent and last-minute scheduling requests while maintaining a high level of service for candidates and hiring teams. Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, process gaps, and potential risks before they impact candidates, interviewers, or hiring timelines.
