CNC Machinist/Programmer

Tank Traders® is looking for an CNC Machinist to join our team in La Salle, MB! Internally known as an R&D Fabricator, we’re seeking a skilled and adaptable individual with experience utilizing CNC machines to join our Research and Development team. If you enjoy tinkering, problem-solving, and creating innovative solutions, this role might be for you! The successful candidate will work closely with the R&D department to design and implement propane industry-specific machinery and equipment. What We're Looking For: Experience with CNC Operation: Possessing hands-on experience with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operations, including setting up, programming, and operating various CNC machines such as mills, lathes, and lasers. Hands-on fabrication: Assembling tank processing equipment for our production facilities. Metalworking skills: Bending, notching, punching, or straightening metal sheet materials, predominantly aluminum and steel. Welding skills: MIG, TIG, and pulse welding are considered assets. Creative problem-solving: Bringing new designs to life through fabrication and offering strategic suggestions for improvements. What’s in it for you?
