CNC PROGRAMMER / MACHINIST + We have recently added to our CNC equipment and have been developing parts for manufacturing. Below are some of the products we are making, at this point everything is done in house. We would like to develop a vendor supply chain for outsourcing some items. The position is framed as a programmer/machinist job, but the right person would fill a broader role in the manufacturing direction. Going forward we will backfill with program operators and supporting staff. THE ROLE Program, set up, and run 5-axis mills, CNC router, and manual machines Review designs for manufacturability and build fixtures Inspect parts to tolerance with precision instruments Improve setups, procedures, and workflow Coordinate with design and leadership on project status GROWTH PATH Lead machinist: own scheduling, procedures, and training Manufacturing leadership: department budget, hiring, and performance results Performance bonus and profit-sharing eligibility as responsibility grows REQUIREMENTS 3+ years CNC programming, setup, and 5-axis milling Pride in your work; no "good enough" BONUS SKILLS DESIRED Automotive experience, CNC router, laser, 3D scanning/printing, CAD/CAM, engineering BENEFITS Health insurance - 401(k) match - Paid vacation and holidays - Overtime available ABOUT LEGACY INNOVATIONS: We are a parent company of several entities focused on high end design and fabrication.
