Job ID: J53559 Job Title: Cloud Engineer Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 9 Months + Extension Domain Exposure: Banking & Finance Work Authorization: US Citizen,Green Card,OPT-EAD,CPT,H-1B,H4-EAD,L2-EAD,GC-EAD Client: To Be Discussed Later Employment Type: W-2, 1099, C2C Job Description We are seeking an experienced OCI Cloud Engineer with hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion applications, Oracle APEX, and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing OCI infrastructure, monitoring Oracle Fusion SaaS applications, implementing observability solutions, configuring security services, and developing custom dashboards for application performance and availability. The candidate should have strong experience with OCI Networking, IAM, Vault, SSO/OAuth, Logging, Log Analytics, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), and Autonomous Database management. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and SIEM integrations is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities : Design, configure, deploy, and manage OCI infrastructure services, including Compute, Block Storage, Object Storage, File Storage, and Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs). Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion application performance, availability, and operational issues across Customer, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Financials, and Procurement modules. Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications and support Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database connectivity, monitoring, and management. Configure and manage OCI Networking, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Vault, Cloud Guard, and other security services. Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, authentication, authorization, and secure access controls. Configure OCI Monitoring, Logging, Log Analytics, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), and custom dashboards to monitor infrastructure and application health. Enable and configure APM for Oracle Fusion applications, develop monitoring dashboards using OCI or external monitoring tools, and document APM enablement procedures. Configure OCI Logging services, Log Analytics, Connector Hub, and Streaming to collect, process, and analyze operational data. Integrate OCI logging and monitoring data with SIEM platforms such as Google Security Operations (Google SecOps). Monitor and manage Oracle Autonomous Database and ATP performance, availability, resource utilization, and operational health. Monitor Oracle Fusion SaaS and OIC services, troubleshoot integration connectivity issues, and support REST/SOAP APIs and adapters. Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell. Support containerized applications using Docker and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes supporting Oracle Fusion application deployments, updates, and related infrastructure changes. Perform database performance analysis and troubleshooting across Oracle databases and, where applicable, MySQL and PostgreSQL. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, database, security, and integration teams to resolve production issues and improve system reliability. Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 operational support for critical production incidents.
