Client Shuttle Transportation - Warriors Heart

Warriors Heart is growing and is expanding our Team! Warriors Heart is a residential treatment facility dedicated to serving our military, law enforcement, firefighters and 1st responders. The primary responsibility of the shuttle driver is to transport clients to and from various locations. Locations may include but not limited to: transporting clients to and from the gym, recreational groups, and specially approved appointments. All transporting of staff and clients must be by the safest means; ensuring the upmost safety for staff, clients, and vehicle. Qualifications: - A minimum of 1 year of transportation experience (2 years preferred) - Must be open to supporting a 24 x 7 environment - Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively - Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language - CPR and First Aid certification - Current cleared TB skin test - Valid Drivers License in good standings - Pass an annual background clearance - Willing to submit to random drug test and alcohol screening (and pass) - Knowledge of or experience with Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, or other 1st Responders - personal or through family members Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) : - Pick-up and drop-off clients where needed. - Treat everyone with dignity and respect. - Ensure the safety of driver and passengers (seat belts etc.). - Transportation: rec groups and other client/company transportation requirements. - Maintain the cleanliness of the interior of the vehicle. This may consist of instructing client’s whose duty it is to maintain van. This may include but not limited to: emptying trash, cleaning windows, and removing discarded items such as clothing, sport instruments, and workbooks. - Must obey all traffic laws. - No cell phone use while driving - Read, understand, and follow the company Policy Manual.
