Job Summary:
The Client Product Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the receipt, organization, and shipment of samples and materials prior to entering the laboratory environment. This role ensures accurate documentation, proper storage, and timely delivery of client products while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
Sample Receiving
Entering shipments received into LIMS/Labware. Creating new Receiving Form’s for CHEM, TOX and MICRO
Labelling samples and devices
Ensuring product is stored according to project storing conditions/ guidelines
Taking photos of samples and devices and uploading them into the T drive
Internal transfers for existing projects
Inter-office product transfers as required
ID creation for Chem and Tox
Matching samples and releasing receiving
Initiate Damage and Discrepancy forms documenting product issues
Device Management, create new devices in LIMS if not found in database
Compliance to Health & Safety policies and procedures and wear required Personal Protective equipment at all times
Worksheet creation for Greensboro projects, as required.
Shipment Tracking
Coordinate the outgoing shipments of samples for client and internal projects.
Manage international shipment documentation
Generate and maintain shipping documentation (waybills, manifests, etc.).
Track shipments and follow up on delays or issues with carriers.
Coordinate with couriers and brokers to ensure timely delivery of client products.
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Report expected shipments to internal stakeholders
General Duties
Follow safety and handling procedures for biological, chemical, or hazardous materials.
Adhere to process and procedures as outlined in SOPs
Assist with inventory management of shipping supplies and lab materials.
Support other departments with logistics-related tasks as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to sample flow and logistics.
Provide backfill support for Client Services as required.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or life sciences preferred.
Experience in sample handling, shipping, or logistics in a laboratory or regulated environment.
Familiarity with LIMS and shipping documentation processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Knowledge of safety procedures for hazardous materials.

Actual pay within this range may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Additional components of total rewards—such as bonuses, benefits, or incentives—may also apply where applicable.
