Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist, 3PL Fulfillment

About InSync: InSync Fulfillment is a growing FDA-registered and certified organic third-party logistics (3PL) company in Carol Stream serving e-commerce and B2B brands, including European brands entering the U.S. market. We are hiring a Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to launch new clients cleanly and lead our move to a new WMS. We sign 3 to 4 new brands a month and expect that to grow in 2027. You will take each one from signed contract to a smooth first month of shipping. You will also lead the migration of about 50 client brands to the Warehance WMS in Q1 2027. What you will do: Run kickoff calls and collect and validate SKU, packaging, shipping and billing data Configure new clients in the WMS and test sales channel integrations (Shopify, Amazon, EDI) Prepare the floor for first receipts and run test orders before go-live Make the call on launch readiness and hold a launch when critical data is missing Support each client for 30 days after go-live, then hand off to the Account Manager Plan and run the Warehance migration with the warehouse manager Build the checklists and SOPs that make every launch repeatable What you need: 2 or more years at a multi-client 3PL or fulfillment provider Personally led at least 10 client launches from kickoff to first shipment Hands-on WMS configuration experience (Extensiv, Warehance, ShipHero, Logiwa or similar) Strong Excel skills for cleaning and validating data Ability to work on-site in Carol Stream, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Nice to have: Warehance experience, WMS migration experience, B2B and EDI setup, Amazon FBA prep, FDA-registered or organic facility experience.
