Developmental Enterprises Corporation (DEC) is seeking a Client Employment Supervisor to support our Client Employment Services program. In this role, you will help coordinate employment services, oversee production activities, maintain quality standards, support staff, and create meaningful work experiences for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What You'll Do Coordinate Employment Services: Support the development and delivery of employment opportunities that reflect individuals’ interests, abilities, skills, and employment goals. Lead Production Operations: Coordinate daily workflows, production schedules, materials, inventory, and customer contracts to ensure timely and accurate completion. Promote Quality and Efficiency: Monitor production quality, troubleshoot operational challenges, and recommend improvements to work processes and procedures. Provide Hands-On Support: Teach job skills, model appropriate work practices, and support individuals served as they develop workplace skills and greater independence. Support and Develop Staff: Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, work assignments, and day-to-day problem-solving. Build Customer and Community Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with employers, customers, community partners, and other stakeholders while identifying new employment opportunities. Oversee Fleet Readiness: Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements. Maintain Safety and Compliance: Support required documentation, quality reviews, licensing activities, and safe work practices. Provide Operational Backup: Serve as a backup truck driver when needed, provided all applicable driving and organizational requirements are met. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in intellectual and developmental disability services, employment services, vocational rehabilitation, human services, workforce development, production operations, logistics, or a related field. Experience working with businesses, customers, employers, community organizations, or other external stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain accurate schedules, production records, inventory documentation, and other operational records. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in human services, rehabilitation, business, operations, education, or a related field. Experience in supported employment, job development, vocational rehabilitation, or competitive integrated employment. Previous staff leadership or supervisory experience. Experience with production operations, quality control, inventory management, shipping and receiving, or material handling. Familiarity with ODP and OVR requirements and person-centered planning. Certification Requirement ACRE certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months. Why Join DEC?
